a few times i told Moneyforex Financial LTD that they have an security hole on her server - But they are not interested in.

Maybe some day a script kiddy will find the hole and crash the server !? I have all done what i can do - i have informed Moneyforex and Forexnetworks a few times. Without any response.

The next part is that the real trader account login data will stored without any ciphering on the hard disk. It's a very high security level ;-)

We will see how long the fight will going. The ignore me again. They don't fund my money back. They don't contact me...

I think that now the time is comming to go public by the international media.

We will see what is happend within the next day's.

I just forget that Moneyforex Financial LTD is registered at the British Virgin Islands - Number 629302.

And i think it was my right to inform the "British Virgin Island Financial Service Commission" about the Moneyforex Financial LTD act.

But one question to all -> who will sign a agreement which is dated to the past ?
Maybe the have more trader with the same problem like i - and they only make a copy of an old letter ?

Who will sign something what is not correct and dont show the trueness ?
Maybe .... NO! This i can wrote at this time here. Not today ;-)

Today i become a very funny agreement from FOREXNETWORKS.COM
I only cut the name and amount !
And take a look at the date ! I receive this letter on 17.09.2006 !!!

I, xxxx agree not to take MoneyForex liable for the loss cause by me in forex trading account with MoneyForex Financial Ltd.
I DO ! Read the other content and you know why!

I also agree to delete all negative posting on the all forums that I have done with MoneyForex.
They are not negative - only the trueness!
I also agree to stop reporting executing any law suit to any authorities in relation to MoneyForex.
I dont do. When they think that i'm so stupied !

I agree on the settlement amount with MoneyForex of USD$xxxx. I agree that MoneyForex will settle USD$xxx as a first payment and the balance of USD$xxxx
will be settle 30 days after the first payment or once Mr.xxxx delete all the negative forums posting and stop harassing MoneyForex with law suit.
WHY ? They let me trade before i fund my money ? No !

Hallo an alle,
eine Frage vorweg. Kennt jemand den Broker Moneyforex.com oder hat jemand Erfahrungen mit diesem gemacht?

Hintergrund meiner Frage ist, ich habe laut Moneyforex zuviele Trades innerhalb von 4 Minuten getätigt(ca. 3 Trades), so dass die ***snip*** auf über 50 pipes ***snip*** haben, welches dann ein MarginCall ausgelöst hat.

Ferner wurde mein Stop nicht beachtet welches bei -150$ lag, sondern dieses einfach auf über 50 pipes mit angehoben.

Resultat der Geschichte war, das mein Konto mit weit über 120% im Minus steht.

Moneyforex gab selbst zu, dass die ***snip***, um mich am Traden zu stoppen..

Nur mein Geld bekomme ich auch nicht wieder ! Ist das rechtens, wie kann ich gegen Moneyforex vorgehen.

Meine Recherchen haben ergeben, dass ein gewisser Herr (mir ist der Name nun bekannt) aus Deutschland die eMails von Moneyforex bekommt und liest.

Macht es Sinn den Staatsanwalt darauf anzusetzen um an mein Geld zu kommen?Wer einen Rat oder Tipp hat, bitte umgehend melden.

Ferner rate ich jeden der bei Moneyforex traden möchte um absolute Vorsicht.
